Talk to Sir Amik Varze upstairs in the White Knights' Castle in Falador. You need 12 quest points.
What to bring
- A disguise: an iron chainbody and a bronze med helm. A normal cabbage (not one from Draynor Manor).

Talk to Sir Amik Varze
the Black Knights are preparing a secret weapon in their fortress, north of Falador.
Prepare your equipment
Wear the iron chainbody and the bronze med helm to look like a guard, and enter the fortress.
Find the grill and listen
a witch and the Black Knight captain are brewing an invincibility potion, and a cabbage would ruin it.
Continue the journey
Go up above the cauldron and use your cabbage on the hole to drop it into the potion.
Finish the quest
Go back to Sir Amik Varze.
