The encounter

Face Brutus

A passive boss roaming the Lumbridge cow pen on both Serenity worlds. He fights back when attacked and respawns after being defeated.

Stomp

Brutus raises his hooves and warns you before impact.

Move more than three tiles away from his occupied footprint before the stomp lands, three ticks after the warning.

15 to 30 damage. Protect from Melee halves the damage.

Charge

Brutus lowers his horns for three ticks before charging.

Step sideways out of his three-tile-wide lane. He charges up to four tiles in a fixed direction and does not retarget a dodging player.

18 to 36 damage, at most once per player per charge. Protect from Melee halves the damage.
  • 450 Hitpoints. Normal melee attacks occur every five ticks and can hit up to 28.
  • After three normal attacks, Brutus alternates stomp and charge specials. His specials affect players engaged in the fight.
  • Always drops Bull bones and one raw t-bone steak. He also has a 1 in 40 independent easy clue roll. No beginner clue or pet roll is included.
  • Signature rewards are selected before common loot. A signature reward replaces the common roll, while guaranteed loot and the clue roll remain.
  • Common-drop chances in this archive include the chance of reaching the common table after the signature pre-roll. Item and monster pages use the same records.
  • Brutus respawns after 50 game ticks, approximately 30 seconds, once his death has finished.

How to read these drop rates

These are the same Serenity loot rows shown on item pages. Main, charm and extra loot normally make separate rolls. When an encounter has a signature pre-roll, a signature reward replaces the common roll. Common-drop rates shown here include the chance of reaching that table. Empty slots are included in each pool's weights. A “1 in” rate is an average, not a guaranteed number of kills. Shared tables are conditional because additional rolls and equipment can affect their final chance. Scripts and encounter phases can award additional loot.

Combat levels come from the game cache. Statistics, Slayer advice, spawns and loot come from this Serenity server. Some encounters use scripts that override standard behaviour.
