Awarded automatically when your account reaches level 99 in every skill.
Achievement reward: reach base level 99 in all 24 skills. No purchase or token is needed.
- All 24 Serenity skills count, including Summoning. Both the cape and hood require those permanent levels to equip.
- A Max cape and Max hood are placed in your bank once per account. Existing maxed accounts receive their reward at their next login.
- If your bank is full, the undelivered pieces wait and are added automatically after you make room. Logging in again does not duplicate the reward.
- The equipment models and bonuses are implemented. OSRS Max cape teleports, special perks, emote and a colour picker are not included.
