A New Chapter for Serenity
New forum features, improved browser play and RuLocus voting!

Hello, adventurers!
We’ve been busy making Serenity easier to explore, more rewarding to play and a better place to share your adventures. Here’s what’s new—and how you can help our community grow.
Serenity Is Now on RuLocus!
Our server is now listed on RuLocus! Every vote helps more players discover Serenity, and your support would mean a huge amount as we continue building the community.
Every successful, verified vote rewards your chosen character with:
- 1,000,000 coins delivered to your bank.
- One antique XP lamp to use on an eligible skill.
How to vote:
- Open our Vote page.
- Choose your world and enter your character’s username.
- Follow the link and complete your vote on RuLocus.
- Log into the selected world to receive your rewards.
The lamp requires level 50 in your chosen skill and awards 15,000 base XP, boosted by your world’s normal XP rate. Ironman accounts can receive the rewards too!
Remember to choose the correct world. Accounts and rewards are separate between World 1 and World 2. If the world is offline or your bank is full, your rewards will wait for delivery.
You can vote once every 12 hours, subject to RuLocus’s voting limits. Simply visiting the voting page does not count as a completed vote.
The Forums Have Had an Upgrade
Our forums now have more ways to make your posts your own.
- A full formatting toolbar: easily add headings, colours, lists, links, quotes and more.
- Image uploads: share screenshots using the upload button, drag and drop, or paste an image directly into the editor.
- Post previews: check your formatting before publishing.
- Spoilers, tables and video embeds: organise longer guides, hide surprises and share your favourite moments.
- Quote replies: respond directly to another player’s post.
- Clear staff styling: administrator posts have a gold tint, while green forum moderators have a green tint.
- Improved portraits: closer, right-facing character portraits make your forum identity easier to recognise.
New to BBCode?
Use the editor’s buttons to insert formatting around selected text. The Preview tab lets you check the result before you post.
For screenshots, use the image upload tool, paste an image from your clipboard, or drag an image into the editor.
Try spoilers for quest solutions, tables for comparisons and quotes when replying to a specific point.
Show Off Your Achievements
Your adventures can now earn you awards displayed beneath your forum profile!
- Skill mastery: earn a badge for reaching level 99 in each skill, using its real skill icon.
- Maxed: celebrate reaching 99 in all 24 original skills. Bossing and PVP are excluded from this award’s requirements.
- Boss hunting: unlock increasingly prestigious badges as your boss kill count grows.
- Community participation: earn awards for contributing to the forums.
- Collection progress: show your dedication to filling your collection log.
- Questing, achievement diaries and gathering: earn recognition for progress beyond combat.
- Staff recognition: staff members receive a matching staff award.
Awards use tracked account progress, and administrators can earn achievement awards too.
Better Browser Adventures
Both Standard and High detail browser clients have received layout improvements.
- The browser client opens in a larger, resizable layout.
- The client plugin sidebar is available alongside the game.
- Opening the sidebar adjusts the game area to fit.
- High detail resizing has been improved to preserve the rendered scene.
Choose your graphics mode and world on the Play page, then jump into Serenity directly from your browser.
A More Helpful Website
Our Getting Started guide brings the essentials together in one place: creating an account, choosing a world, travelling with ::tp, training our custom skills, tracking collections, voting and spending credits.
The Corporeal Beast on the homepage is moving again too, using its actual in-game idle animation!

Bossing and PVP use their own XP progression, separate from the normal world XP rates.

If you need help, want to report a problem or need to contact the staff team privately, please DM Posty Pete in our Discord.
He’ll guide you through your request and pass it to staff in a dedicated private conversation, keeping your messages and our replies together.
Include the affected world, your character’s name and any useful details or screenshots. Never send your password.
