World 2 Update: PK Points, Kill Streaks and New Gear Shops

World 2 now rewards you for taking on other players! Earn PK points, build your kill streak and spend your rewards on equipment from our new PK merchants.

PK Points and Kill Streaks

• Earn 2 PK points per eligible kill.
• Reach a streak of 3 kills to earn 3 points per kill.
• Reach a streak of 7 kills to earn 4 points per kill.
• Your streak survives logging out, but ends when you suffer a dangerous death.
• Points you have already earned remain yours after death.

Use ::pkpoints to check your balance, current streak, best streak and rewarded kills.

Fair Fights, Fair Rewards

To qualify, both players must have combat level 50, accounts at least two hours old and the latest Serenity client. You must also deal meaningful damage during the fight.

Kills between accounts sharing a device or internet connection do not award points. Repeat opponents have a 60-minute cooldown and can count toward rewards only twice within a rolling 24 hours. Additional limits help prevent kill trading, including a maximum of 60 earned points per rolling 24 hours.

PK Gear Shops

Visit the Mercenary Adventurer at:

• Lumbridge Castle courtyard
• Varrock square
• The Grand Exchange

Each merchant offers 40 equipment options, including pieces from all six Barrows sets, Bandos armour, an Abyssal whip, Dragon claws, an Armadyl godsword and other useful PK gear.

The shops use the familiar standard shop interface. Select Value to check an item’s PK point price before purchasing.

These additions are exclusive to World 2, Serenity PVP.
